The circuit is designed around the MN3007 1024 stage BBD and the MN3101 clock driver. The input, output and LFO circuits use TL062/1458/358 opamps. The switch circuit uses a 4007 IC.

The DOD FX60's circuit has gone through many revisions and in its final version it was modified to use the FX65's board.
