Chord F#11 (4th fret) notes: (C#), F#, B, E and G#. You should not play the 6th string.

This chord is played by placing a barre on fret four with your index finger. The note C# on the fifth string is not required, but can be played on the 4th fret if needed.

Observation: the F#11 (F# dominant 11th) chord should include a 3rd, but it is often omitted - transforming it into a simple F#9sus4 or F#9sus.

Steps: 1-3-(5)-b7-9-11.
1(F#/Gb), 3(A#/Bb), 5(C#/Db), b7(E), 9(G#/Ab), 11(B).
